Position objective
to efficiently manage and maintain the quality management system documentation, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and regulatory compliance to support smooth operations and consistent quality.
key responsibilities
* maintain and update quality documentation, including manuals, procedures, work instructions, and records.
* manage document version control and ensure proper approval workflows.
* prepare and provide documentation required for internal, external, and customer audits.
* track document changes, ensuring traceability and compliance with applicable regulations.
* distribute approved documents to relevant departments and ensure controlled access.
* train personnel on the proper use and handling of quality documents.
* organize and maintain physical and electronic files in an orderly and accessible manner.
* generate periodic reports on documentation status and trends for continuous improvement.
* ensure documentation meets regulatory and normative requirements (iso, customer, etc.).
* support continuous improvement projects and quality management system implementation.
* collaborate with other departments to ensure documents accurately reflect established processes.
education
* high school diploma or technical degree completed
* associate degree in quality, administration, or related field (desirable)
experience
* 1 to 3 years in a similar role
* experience in document control, quality assurance, or administrative support
* background in manufacturing, automotive, medical devices, or iso-certified environment (preferred)
technical skills
* microsoft office: word, excel, outlook – basic to intermediate level
* document management systems (sharepoint, intranet, or similar) – basic knowledge (desirable)
* familiarity with iso 9001 or other quality standards (desirable)
language
* english: basic level (reading and writing preferred)
