* ensure engineering decisions align with brand pillars: innovation, reliability, efficiency, and sustainability.
* lead operational optimization initiatives under the rheem production system (rps).
* supervise, mentor, and develop the process engineering team.
* drive employee engagement and active participation in process improvement systems.
* provide tools and guidance for process improvement engineers to execute projects aligned with departmental goals.
* monitor and manage internal and external process audits, corrective actions, and compliance with iso 9001:2015.
* identify and eliminate production flow obstacles using root cause analysis methodologies.
* promote and sustain a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making across all areas of the company.
requirements:
o bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field
o 3–5 years of experience in similar positions
o advanced english
o proven experience in lean six sigma improvement projects, machinery and equipment certification, and process control.
o strong competencies in adaptability, problem-solving, effective communication, negotiation, and customer orientation.
o advanced conversational english with knowledge of iso 9001:2015 (internal or lead auditor) and familiarity with engineering change systems, plm, and oracle.
