experiência y requisitos
bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical engineering or related field
minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing industry
advanced english skills
proficient in managing maintenance and cost-saving projects
experience in supervisory roles, human resource management, and conflict resolution
excellent communication, leadership, organizational skills, and administrative level
programming of programmable logic controllers (plcs)
knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
