Overview

job general description: manage access requests to company-owned telecommunications sites in accordance with established procedures, standards, policies, and contractual terms, and conduct negotiations to ensure continuous, secure, and timely access for internal and external clients and contractors.


responsibilities

* correctly and timely manage access requests to telecommunications sites from clients, landlords, or their contractors in accordance with established procedures, standards, policies, and contractual terms, confirming authorized access via automated response, email, telephone, or other means to ensure efficient completion of maintenance, repairs, installations, etc.
* maintain an organized and up-to-date access database for telecommunications sites, including lock combinations, landlord data, specific entry requirements, access protocols, and other critical elements that guarantee efficient and secure access for internal and external clients and contractors.
* review, classify, and channel access-related incidents to the appropriate area for prompt attention, ensuring efficient and effective management.
* maintain constant coordination and communication with internal and external teams to facilitate timely and uninterrupted access to telecommunications sites.
* verify that each authorized access complies with contractual conditions and current security policies.
* prioritize access to telecommunications sites that pose a risk due to security, revenue, and/or penalties.
* conduct successful negotiations with lessors to ensure the viability of urgent or problematic access.
* periodically notify internal and external access clients of changes to access conditions or established protocols so that requests for access to sites are properly channeled and avoid reprocessing approvals.
* provide on-site monitoring in extraordinary circumstances to identify and resolve any situation that may affect operations or compliance with technical standards, supervising the entry, passage, and exit of authorized personnel, and ensuring the proper execution of activities.
* document and report relevant incidents or findings identified during site visits, related to discussions and topics discussed, to ensure traceability, facilitate continuous improvement, strengthen risk management, and support better decision-making, as well as the implementation of preventive and corrective actions.


qualifications

education and experience

* law degree, degree.
* minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative work, such as:
* legal document management: preparation, review, and filing of contracts, agreements, minutes, powers of attorney, and other legal documents.
* regulatory compliance control: monitoring legal, tax, labor, or regulatory obligations.
* preparation of legal reports: reports on legal risks, compliance, case progress, etc.
* knowledge and management of permits and licenses, project management, and customer service.
* requirements: proficiency in systems and software management, including intermediate microsoft office and administrative suites, and handling of documentation platforms, excel, ms office, and databases.
* english not required.
