bilingual it recruiter
to join our talent acquisition team.
the ideal candidate will have solid experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes for technology positions, strong skills in identifying and engaging top talent, and advanced english to interact with international candidates and clients.
responsibilities:
manage full-cycle recruitment for it positions, from job posting and sourcing to interviews, negotiation, and offer closure.
conduct proactive sourcing through various platforms and professional networks.
coordinate interviews and technical evaluations with candidates and hiring managers.
maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and external clients, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
prepare recruitment reports and metrics for tracking and continuous improvement.
contribute to talent attraction strategies and employer branding initiatives.
requirements:
bachelor's degree in psychology, business administration, human resources, or related field.
minimum 3 years
of experience in it recruitment.
proven experience in headhunting and advanced sourcing techniques.
advanced english skills (minimum b2+ level).
knowledge of recruitment tools such as linkedin recruiter, job boards, and internal databases.
experience in competency-based interviews and basic technical assessment of it profiles.
strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
nice to have:
knowledge of agile methodologies and experience recruiting for international projects.
experience using ats (applicant tracking system).
