Overviewit business analyst sap sales & supply (otc/stc/ptp) is responsible for supporting end-users with sap solution erp and all related business applications such as reporting, edi, chargebacks, business intelligence and crm. This position will report to the it business partnership manager and in dotted lines to the sap competence team and regional management. The it business analyst will contribute to a global team supporting regional entities and international collaboration.for more information on guerbet, visit www.guerbet.com.responsibilitiessupport sap users in daily operations, mainly sap order to cash processesmanage user ids and authorizationscheck interfaces between systemsqualify defects raised by key-usersanalyze and document new requirements with business key-usersorganize and run non regression testsleverage functional knowledge and training to assist end users in identification and resolution of basic issuescontribute to functional support documentation including improvement recommendationscommunicate issue, request, or problem status to all parties as appropriatefacilitate and participate in functional activities related to application configurationfollow established escalation procedurescoordinate and support planned application or system outages for maintenance, partnering with business user groups and supporting technical teamsassist with documentation of test scenarios for technical unit testing/functional unit testing/uat; map scenarios to functional and technical requirementscreate support documentationassist with delivering training capabilities3. This role will support the group core model best practice in close collaboration with regional business counterparts and will work extensively with it, business and project rollout teams.4. When participating in local rollout projects or evolutions, assist with creation and review of business functional design, user testing, and training.5. As a member of a regional support team, ensure backups during vacations, training, and project activities of the finance counterpart.qualifications3-year degree in information technologies or a related business degree, or equivalent combination of experienceat least 3 years of end-user support or multiple project life cycle implementations (otc – sales distribution / order to cash)experience supporting sap modules: sd, mm, wm, and ledemonstrates end-user support capabilitiessolid understanding of change management conceptsmatrix organization experience is a plusexcellent verbal and written communication skills in english; comfortable communicating with different levels of technology and business leadershipwe offer continued personal development.
