you'll work directly with one of our u.s.-based clients, helping process invoices, manage vendor relationships, and drive operational efficiency. what you'll do
* process vendor invoices with accuracy and proper coding
* match invoices with purchase orders and receiving docs (3-way matching)
* prepare and manage payments: checks, achs, wires
* reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
* support month-end close processes, including accruals and reconciliations
* review employee expense reports for policy compliance
* maintain up-to-date vendor records
* communicate professionally with vendors and internal teams
* identify and implement ap process improvements
* contribute to audits with organized documentation
what you bring
* bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (preferred)
* 1–2+ years of accounts payable experience
* intermediate to advanced excel skills (think: vlookups, pivots, etc.)
* familiarity with accounting software (quickbooks, oracle, sap, etc.)
* strong english communication (written + spoken)
* able to work u.s. business hours and join asap
* bonus: experience with erp systems, big data, or light coding
