job responsibilities:
* manage and develop strategic relationships with money service businesses (msbs) in the latam region.
* lead the development and positioning of digital financial products, and coordinate cross-functional strategies with core business areas.
* negotiate commercial agreements, revenue share structures, and joint growth strategies with msbs.
requirements:
* demonstrated expertise in the end-to-end journey of cross-border transactions, including agents, senders, aggregators, and msbs.
* strong market analysis and trend monitoring skills, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* proven experience in launching, positioning, and scaling digital financial products, such as co-branded cards, wallets, and other solutions.
* ability to design, implement, and track 360° commercial plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
* highly driven, self-motivated, resilient, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
education:
* bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
