job description
* create and execute graphic design elements for headwear collections, ensuring designs align with brand identity and market trends.
* evaluate the quality of graphic designs, reviewing art files for consistency, accuracy, and adherence to design standards.
* manage multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing priorities to meet deadlines while ensuring high-quality results.
* collaborate with international teams to ensure consistency and quality through the means of product lifecycle management (plm).
responsibilities
* design and develop headwear graphics that meet commercial objectives and uphold brand integrity.
* facilitate constructive feedback from factory and overseas development teams on construction and materials through regular product reviews.
* participate in factory development process improvements that increase workflow efficiency.
* support the design process from concept to final product, ensuring consistency and quality throughout.
requirements
* 4+ years of experience as a designer and product developer in the headwear industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills.
* proficient in industry-standard design software (adobe creative suite, illustrator, photoshop, etc.).
* strong understanding of headwear construction, fabric properties, embroideries, and print techniques.
* a keen eye for detail, ensuring designs meet brand standards and maintain high quality.
* proficient in microsoft office, illustrator, indesign.
* experience in digitization of embroideries is a plus.
