we are looking for a full-time jr. Business development representative with an interest in international trade.
a jr. Business development representative provides essential support to management and the business development team through the coordination of office activities, including scheduling meetings and appointments, creating and updating commercial offers for clients, and tracking the behavior of the current portfolio of clients in the following areas:
* quality assurance:
* supplier management audits.
* compliance audits.
* quality control services:
* product inspections.
* lab tests
* customs compliance services:
* pre-customs clearance inspection
area: business development department.
responsibilities:
* meet and exceed sales quotas established along with sales management by increasing the existing account portfolio and the company's revenue, following the next activities:
* develop and maintain an objective and comprehensive sales strategy.
* maintain, manage, and grow existing accounts.•recover former/lost accounts.
* schedule meetings and presentations with prospects periodically.
* report weekly to the bdm and the commercial director.
* prepare and deliver company services presentations.
* negotiate and close service proposals aimed to fulfill customers needs.
* coordinate with other team members and departments the setup of new customers accounts.
* closely monitor the performance of all accounts, aiming to assure customer satisfaction and servicerecurrence.
* maintain close communication and develop strong relationships with all customers to seek newbusiness opportunities aligned with the company's service offer.
* follow up and manage all sales activities in the company ́s crm system following the sales strategy.
authority: he/she will be reporting directly to the senior business development representative and commercial director.
evaluation: periodical evaluations every 3 months.
