Position Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized People Analyst / Coordinator to join our growing People Team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn the full scope of HR functions and contribute to a positive employee experience. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on support for many day-to-day administrative tasks while gaining exposure to the full employee lifecycle. You’ll play a key role in supporting our global team across the U.S., Mexico, and Europe.
What you'll do:
- Support **core HR processes** globally — onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, and more
- Maintain **employee records and HRIS systems** to ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Assist with **benefits administration** and respond to employee questions
- Prepare **dashboards and reports** using data from various HR systems
- Help ensure **compliance** with audits, documentation, and regulatory tracking
- Document and improve internal **People processes and procedures**:
- Coordinate logistics for **global trainings, surveys, and People programs**:
- Collaborate closely with People Team members across **multiple countries and time zones**:
- Provide general office support: event coordination, supply orders, and managing visitors
- Jump into other projects and tasks as needed — we value flexibility and curiosity!
**Requirements**:
- **1-2 years** in a People, HR, or administrative support role
- **Fluency in Spanish and English** (written and spoken)
- Familiarity with **Mexican labor law**:
- Exposure to **U.S. labor law** or experience in a **general company** is a strong plus
- Experience in **tech or SaaS** environments is a bonus
- Comfortable using **Microsoft Office Suite**:
- Outlook (beginner), Word (intermediate), Excel (intermediate), PowerPoint (beginner)
- Sharp **attention to detail**, strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive employee information
