role overview:
we're seeking a customer success manager to join our dynamic team. As the face of our organization to customers, you will ensure they maximize the value of our platform while driving revenue growth and contributing to the scalability of our operations. Your mission will be to foster lasting relationships, guide customers through their journey, and help them achieve their business goals with our cutting-edge technology. You will also play a pivotal role in renewals, upsells, and cross-functional collaboration.
key responsibilities:
* manage a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise customers.
* drive onboarding, adoption, utilization, and growth in our existing customer base by owning specific customer accounts.
* proactively identify customers who aren't maximizing their opportunity and reach out to create an action plan to help them achieve success.
* upsell organic expansion opportunities to expand existing accounts when it's right for the customer.
* partner cross-functionally with sales, support, product, and marketing to ensure customers' success with us.
* serve as our in-house product expert to up-level our customers' workflows and help them get the most return on investment from us.
* inform and influence our overall growth strategy by amplifying the voice of the customer through proactive feature request tracking.
preferred qualifications:
* 2+ years experience at a fast-growing software company.
* a track record of success in your current customer success or account management role.
* experience building customer success playbooks or processes.
* scaling program management expertise.
* managing a large volume of accounts.
* experience operating in both self-serve (plg) and sales-led motions.
* measuring success in business metrics (time to value, ndr, grr).
* a compelling communicator in writing, presentations, and public speaking.
* thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
