As a SERVICES ENGINEER, you will be in charge of maintaining the technical equipment, Meridian and Comex in Monterrey, you will report to the manager of the position. #LI-Remote
**Key Responsibilities**
- You will visit our stores at national level to provide accurate advice and technical training.
- You will manage demonstrations and complaints with our dealers.
- You will preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and installations.
- You will manage demonstrations and complaints to with our dealers.
- You will make maintenance reports, analysis of service information and presentations.
- Teamwork with other departments.
**Qualifications**
- BA. Degree - Electrical, electromechanical, mechatronic engineer or similar.
- 2+ year of knowledge in technical services.
- Full availability to travel.
- English Proficiency.
- ISO desirable.
- 3+ year of experience in customer service
