we seek an accredited influencer marketing account manager responsible for executing influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish, ensuring efficient implementation aligned with the brand's strategic objectives. The role also involves structuring, collecting, and analyzing performance data, generating actionable reports to optimize future efforts.
what you will do:
1. create and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing and brand objectives.
2. identify trends, target audiences, and strategic opportunities to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
3. oversee campaign execution from planning to performance tracking.
4. ensure campaigns are completed on time, within budget, and meet expected results.
5. lead and mentor the influencer marketing team, providing guidance to achieve goals.
6. conduct performance reviews, set goals, and foster a growth-oriented team culture.
7. establish and maintain relationships with influencers, agencies, and partners for collaborations.
8. negotiate contracts ensuring alignment with brand values and compliance.

requirements
