* achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
* lead sales forecasting and pipeline management
* conduct market visits, competitor analysis, and client follow-up
* strengthen relationships with key accounts and partners
* ensure crm compliance and accurate reporting

* master's degree preferred
* more than 3 years of experience in a similar role

* strong knowledge of b2b sales, dealer management, forecasting, crm, and negotiation
