the main objective of this position is to guide his/her team towards two roles:
 * business intelligence - adding value to the marketing strategy by finding new business opportunities throughout a deep market data analysis, including syndicated data and ad-hoc research.
at this role, the manager is responsible for transforming data into value for our brands, business and partners.
 * digital marketing - driving the strategy for adm in the context of the digital marketing transformation of the pet solutions business.
this position works closely with the business and marketing leaders to define digital marketing strategies & execution plan to lead the implementation & optimization of associated digital / e-commerce initiatives.
as part of the digital marketing global network, he/she is also in charge of implementing key processes, methodologies & best practices necessary to achieve the digital marketing transformation and look to deploy best practices in other countries/regions.
the person must have close relations with third party digital media agency and define clear communication messages and level of investment for adm brands
main responsibilities:
deliver business opportunities to the marketing managers, commercial leaders and business partners.
maintain a live market information source platform with effective dashboards, reports and metrics.
supervise ad-hoc market research studies to ensure are aligned to the brands/company's goals.
support marketing team & brand managers of north latam region in the definition & implementation of their digital marketing plans
 * deeply understanding of brands values & strategies
 * strategic framing (targets, « customers journeys », digital marketing plans, objectives & kpis)
 * web performance analysis with monthly dashboards & analysis/ consulting role/ implementation of the recommendations.
 * digital growth strategies development.
 * inbound marketing campaigns.
 * work along with brand marketing to develop and monitor campaign budgets.
implementation of digital marketing global guidelines & methodologies in the projects:
 * for instance, global analytics, best practices of the web factory
 * sharing digital marketing plans & analytics dashboards
qualifications:
experience:
 * previous experience in digital marketing communication for a global group or within web agencies
 * marketing background.
 * experience in digital project management & analysis of related performance (website, social medias campaigns, apps)
 * devising digital campaigns that attract, engage, inform, and motivate
 * data science management/ data analytics
