Role description
we are seeking a global sales executive with senior-level experience, capable of directly selling all fedex products and services (domestic and international) to strategic clients in mexico and abroad. This role is key to generating additional net revenue, supporting the development of sales strategies, and ensuring profit margins aligned with corporate objectives.
the ideal candidate will have a strong track record in large account sales, high-level negotiation skills, and the ability to coordinate complex commercial projects in a dynamic and global environment.
main responsibilities
* sell all fedex services to clients defined by management, generating incremental revenue and ensuring maximum profitability.
* develop and implement sales plans and schedules including business visits, proposal presentations, vip trips, and other activities defined by fedex management.
* maintain an account intelligence system to record and report sales activities, client information, market and industry data, competitor insights, and other strategic information.
* implement fedex marketing and sales programs.
* collect and report competitor activity within assigned accounts (pricing, tactics, developments).
* collaborate with all fedex resources (headquarters, branches, credit, customer service centers) to ensure revenue objectives and customer satisfaction.
* coordinate nationally all activities related to assigned accounts.
* resolve issues within assigned national accounts and ensure strong business relationships.
profile requirements
* bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in business administration, marketing, or finance.
* minimum of 5 years of professional experience in commercial or industrial sales.
* proven ability to achieve large account sales targets and to plan and execute sales strategies for key clients.
* strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
* availability to travel frequently.
* fluency in english for global communication.
