Senior accountant

Work summary:

1. familiar with accounting process, such as ap, ar, gl, fa, tax.
2. familiar with tax declaration process and payroll calculation.
3. support senior controller for monthly end closing and different analysis report.
4. support european finance sharing center for accounting work.

main tasks and responsibilities

1. responsible for monthly end closing for bu and make analysis report, maintain standard cost.
2. review the tax declaration report in sat and familiar with the calculation.
3. communicate with deloitte to ensure that payroll, social security and other welfare expenses are calculated accurately including imss, isn, isr, sar etc.
4. review daily reimbursement documents, credit card management.
5. communicate with treasurer team and bank to complete the transfer, settlement and other work to ensure the timely availability of funds.
6. communicate with customers and abc to obtain timely collection information and issue ar analysis reports.
7. communicate with factory business department to ensure timely receipt of purchase orders and timely recording of expenses.
8. responsible for regular inventory of fixed assets, inventory, spare parts, etc. and analyze inventory discrepancies.
9. responsible for the approval of ci/car/ta/pr for some units.
10. complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

qualification

education:
bachelor and above degree, major in accounting

work experience:

─ minimum 2 years of relevant working experience

knowledge:

* must be fluent in english to communicate with international team.
* familiar with tax and payroll policy, calculate independently.
* familiar with sap system especially fico.
* sensitive to numbers and willing to learn.
