Job Responsibilities:
Ensure the efficiency, quality, and safety of manufacturing processes in the automotive industry through the design, optimization, and standardization of production processes that meet the quality, cost, and time requirements established by the organization and customers.
Main Functions
- Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for automotive parts and components.
- Implement and monitor continuous improvement methods (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, etc.).
- Prepare and implement work instructions, process standards, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate the introduction of new products or engineering changes, ensuring process feasibility.
- Analyze and reduce cycle times, production costs, and waste.
- Monitor process performance indicators (OEE, scrap, efficiency, downtime).
- Provide technical support to production to solve process and quality issues.
- Coordinate pilot runs, process validations, and production equipment approvals.
- Participate in internal and external audits (ISO, IATF 16949, VDA).
- Manage automation and technological innovation projects.
