requirements and qualifications
what you bring:
* adheres to all restaurant service standards to help create “ale house raving fans”
* food preparation and portioning
* supports cooks as needed, occasionally being assigned a station
* ensures compliance with food handling requirements
* works directly with both boh and foh team members to ensure all needs are fulfilled in a timely manner
* ensures a supply of clean and ready dish supplies for cooks
* ensures work areas are stocked and ready for the next scheduled food prep/dishwasher to take over
* team members must be 18 years of age at the time of hire
* must have late night, holiday and weekend schedule flexibility
