Associate manager, test delivery the test delivery manager (tdm) plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality test outcomes across a specific cgi product line. This role is accountable for overseeing all testing activities within the product line, aligning testing objectives with broader product goals, and leading a cross-functional team of test engineers, sdets, and automation engineers. The tdm is responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement, embracing shift-left testing principles, and driving test automation to increase efficiency and reduce time-to-market. This role also ensures adherence to standardized testing processes and best practices across the team.

Identify and implement opportunities for increased test efficiency through automation and process optimization. Ensure timely and high-quality test deliverables across all projects within the product line. experience: 7+ years of job-related experience. Experience with shift-left testing strategies and working in devops/ci-cd environments. Proven experience in defining and implementing test automation strategy. Experience managing test traceability, defect lifecycle, and field feedback loops. Experience with basic electronics such as microprocessors, motor control, timers, counters, serial communications, memory devices, radios, etc.
knowledge, skills, and abilities: strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and lifecycle (manual and automated). Deep knowledge of agile/scrum practices and tools (e.g., jira, confluence). Familiarity with organizational testing frameworks, with a strong focus on process compliance and continuous improvement.
