role responsibilities chanel / customersegmentation - to lead implementation of the brands strategies andtactics to ensure excellence in execution in key sales drivers(pricing, shelf, displays and promotion).
- able to analyzeinformation regarding sales, margins, inventories, pricing,competition, and market indicators to generate deep customers'understanding and propose solutions.
- perfect execution of trademarketing and sales plans through the merchandisers and/or salesforce from customers.
- align customers and sgs strategies toensure the proper execution branch by branch and in every singlepos.
- coordinate brand initiatives in the point of sale and/orcustomers' sales force.
- leverages bi, pricing and t&e budgetsto plan and manage spend against account opportunities.
- formsstrong and mutually beneficial relationships with influential staffmembers including bar & restaurant owners, food and drinkprogram managers, bartenders, and waitstaff.
- drives awareness ofbeam suntory brands in assigned accounts by securing menuplacements, drink features, well opportunities, share of space onthe back bar, and world class execution.
customer / category growthopportunities & joint business planning - instigate on-premise& wholesales opportunities that allow sustainable and fastlisting and distribution growth for our portfolio based on overallchannel strategy - develop and execute plans that help the assignedaccount(s) to buy and deplete at faster than market rate the sgsportfolio, especially the focus brands.
- implement attractive andinnovative promotional plan in accordance with the brandsstrategies.
- leverage category insights to drive best-in-classshelf space and assortment while providing recommendations toassigned accounts on optimizing shelf positioning.
- identifyopportunities across the customer's clients to outperform keyvolume drivers.
- works with local regional sales op analyst toutilize analytical tools to evaluate performance and identifyopportunities.
- develop plans that incentivize key stakeholders ofthe on-premise & wholesales channel.
- implement attractive andinnovative promotional plan in accordance with the brandsstrategies.
- development of meaningful image as "game maker" inmarketplace, organically building events, opportunities, andpartnerships with local groups to drive brand relevance.
outletstandards & channel/ customer activation calendar - daily,monthly, quarterly & annually review and supervision of thebusiness kpi's to develop and implement the right businessstrategies to deliver results according to the plan.
- deliverannual wholesales channel execution / brand plan - conducts regularvisits to assigned accounts and identifies opportunities to supportgrowth of account through development of key branded programs andinitiatives.
- understands the competitive landscape and works togain a competitive advantage though creative programming, menuplacements, promotions, and events.
- to ensure implementation ofbrand promotions that accelerates trials and sales.
qualifications- university degree/ preferably with a mba or equivalent inbusiness/strategy/management - fluent in english (written &spoken) - minimum 3 years of fmcg / spirits / drinks industryexperiences, spirits experience in industry preferred - experienceas sales executive at suntory global spirits, people are our numberone priority, and we believe our people grow together in diverseand inclusive environments where their unique insights, experiencesand backgrounds are valued and respected.
