looking for a detail-oriented, self-driven, and collaborative translations editor to support the localization of our portfolio of courses and associated collaterals. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end translation workflow of training assets, leveraging our ai-powered translation platform to deliver high-quality localized content for our global audiences.
the successful candidate will be able to quickly understand course structures and file formats, work autonomously within defined processes, and ensure translated learning assets meet quality and publishing standards.
responsibilities
• prepare and structure input files for translation, ensuring compatibility with supported file formats and publishing standards.
• upload and manage translation workflows in the in-house ai-powered translation platform.
• perform visual and structural quality assurance (qa) on translated files to ensure formatting integrity, consistency, and usability.
• collaborate with native reviewers to collect feedback and implement required updates.
• manage version control and maintain clear documentation throughout the translation lifecycle.
• raise and track course publishing requests after translation and qa completion.
• communicate translation status, updates, and completion to relevant stakeholders.
• develop and maintain a foundational understanding of uipath technical concepts to ensure contextual accuracy in translations.
• continuously identify opportunities to improve translation workflows and quality standards.
experience
• 2+ years of experience in translation coordination, localization, or similar roles.
fluency in english and proficiency in at least one additional language of the following: french, german, brazilian portuguese, korean, japanese.
• experience working with structured content, elearning assets, or technical documentation.
familiarity with translation management systems (tms) or ai-assisted translation tools is preferred.
• strong attention to detail, particularly in visual qa and formatting consistency.
• experience collaborating with reviewers, smes, or cross-functional stakeholders.
• ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• basic technical literacy and comfort working with technical or product-related content.
• preferred understanding of large language models (llms), prompt design principles, and ai-assisted content workflows.
