about the role:
we are seeking a seasoned it asset manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing software assets and optimizing license compliance in our servicenow environment.
responsibilities:
* manage software assets across the organization
* optimize license compliance in servicenow
* integrate sam module with tools like sccm, flexera, jamf, and bigfix
requirements:
* at least 5 years of it experience
* 3 years of experience in servicenow development
* hands-on expertise in itil processes, especially asset management and configuration management
* certifications such as servicenow certified system administrator (csa), servicenow certified implementation specialist – sam, and itil v3 or v4 foundation certification
