**About the position**:
In Ferrero we work with great ideas to win the hearts of many families in the world, and you can be part of the team that contributes to make Ferrero brands even more extraordinary, we are looking for a **Category Manager** **Jr**. This position will involve responsibility for our key clients with a national footprint. Managing Retail Captaincies requires a high level of influence, negotiation, and a long-term business development mindset.
**Main responsibilities**:
You will identify opportunities through POS categories, profits, and shelf organization with sales information (internal and external).
You will lead monthly forums by category and client, make face-to-face executive presentations with clients, sales and category teams (internal and external).
You will develop planogram strategies by customer and category to generate impact on profits, days of supply, turnover, and fair distribution.
Lead projects and ensure implementation for each category orienting customers and our sales force
Create effective assortments for customers skus, catalogs, and develop appropriate recommendations to achieve category growth.
Control sales databases and segment skus, according to the Ferrero Category classification for Confectionery and Spreads portfolio.
**Who we are looking for**:
- Min. Degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineer, Business Administration or similar.
- 3+ years of experience in Category
- Advanced English
- Planogramming software (space planning or spaceman)
- Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative market research techniques, including pre and post-test advertising, segmentation, concept tests, tracking etc.
- Experience with Soriana
- Excel and Power Point skills
- Results-oriented, analytical, proactive, responsible, business-oriented and with strong influence skills
