while there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury. Most of the time, you will be:
* courteously and efficiently interacting with guests to ensure their satisfaction with room service experience, in accordance with all company standards, procedures, and policies.
* having complete knowledge of all food and beverage menu items including their preparation, ingredients, cooking methods, portions and prices.
* having knowledge of all service employees' responsibilities, including but not limited to the room service food servers, bus persons, and runners.
* responsible for register bank and all money, charges and comps collected during a shift.

* ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members and management in both written and verbal form.
* must manage time effectively with minimum supervision.
* a minimum of one-year experience in a fast-paced high-energy service environment.
* ability to obtain all necessary work cards.
