*job summary*
- assist with the planning & execution of all luxury brand activations and programs relevant to cala continent.
- support with reinforcing luxury brand proof-points to drive guest experience & reputation, as well as brand awareness in cala.
- responsible for ensuring brand materials & content developed in continent are on strategy, up to date and relevant.
- support and coordinate the work to ensure on-brand solutions for key stakeholders.

- key project facilitation across luxury brands in cala for brand management & marketing for the duration of 6 months
candidate profile
education and experience
- hotel operations experience is strongly preferred.
- prior luxury brand management experience and marketing knowledge is an advantage.
- three or more years of management experience. International work experience preferred.
- languages: proficiency in english and spanish required
- experience in executing work with strategic partners / agencies / vendors. Demonstrated relationship marketing skills a must.
- good presentation and communication skills
- proven ability to work with a cross-functional teams in support of specific business priorities.
- demonstrated ability to take complex projects and efforts from conception to successful execution.
- ability to solve problems quickly, think creatively, and satisfy internet speed-to-market requirements.
- ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects.
- experience working with associates/ vendors/ customers in remote locations and international markets (multiple time zones).

- ensure all presentations of any form reflect the brand tone of voice, with clear, concise and compelling writing
- provides support and assistance to other team members regarding milux projects to ensure timely completion of assignments
- provide recommendations to improve the effectiveness of processes or programs.
- understand and meet the needs of key stakeholders, related to brand management & marketing work.
- assisting in the development and planning of brand activation strategies.
- collaborating with the team in the execution phase, providing input and support as needed.
- helping in coordinating logistics and operational aspects of brand activations.
- support in the development of decks and presentations, toolkits, recaps and performance reports.
- aiding in administrative tasks such as the new vendor creation process, handling invoicing, and overseeing payment procedures.

- partner with key stakeholders on key projects within the luxury brand portfolio
- represent the vision of the milux team at all times
- facilitating communication and coordination with all stakeholders involved in brand projects, including internal teams and external partners.
- ensuring that all parties are aligned with project goals and timelines.

- assist in the effective pull-through and localization of projects & new brand initiatives in cala
*operations & culture*
- assist with brand proof points audit for all luxury brands in cala
- assist with brand training compliance audit for all luxury brands in cala
- support luxury onboarding processes and calendar for brand leader with general managers and key stakeholders.
- assisting in the translation of marketing materials, campaigns, and other assets to ensure they are culturally and linguistically appropriate for cala market.
- managing and updating milux documents, brand one-pagers, etc.
