in summary, the purpose of the role is to provide technology expertise as part of the data analysis chapter within the squad-based structure of the technology enterprise department.
this role is specifically focused on data workstream delivery, data expertise, and ongoing support.key performance indicators (kpis)- workstream delivery: lead the data workstream for system implementations and integrations.
- process development: develop and support reporting and records management processes.
- stakeholder liaison: partner with internal and external clients to fully interpret data content.
- data analysis: manipulate and interpret complex datasets to draw valid inferences.
- quality control: monitor and audit data quality; support validation and cleansing efforts.
- automation: set up and maintain automated data processes.
- system integration: manage data uploads for vms, ats, and crm systems (e.g., sap fieldglass, beeline, vndly, iqn, netive, and coupa ccw).
- reporting: build and validate comprehensive reports.key responsibilitiesadvisory & strategy- advise managers on the application of existing procedures and precedents.
- signal and advise management regarding developments within the data expertise domain.
- serve as the first point of contact for the organization regarding specialized data questions.
- share professional knowledge of processes, resources, and instruments.needs assessment & project management- investigate inquiries related to existing programs, processes, and procedures.
- translate internal and external customer demands into actionable products and services.
- support project management activities following prescribed procedures.
- propose improvements for workforce processes and organizational expertise.data collection & analysis- produce accurate reports by collecting and formatting data from standard sources.
- modify and review reports as requested by stakeholders to ensure applicability.
- prepare scheduled and ad hoc reports, including data-driven presentations.
- consolidate and integrate client data for specific production reports.
- maintain datasets to ensure quality, addressing discrepancies and providing solutions.
- proactively recommend improvements for tools and data management processes.key requirementsexperience- industry: 2+ years of experience in an msp or rpo business.
- tech stack: 1+ years of experience with key technology providers.
- domain: experience with reporting, vms/ats/crm databases, and analytic tools.
- environment: experience working in a matrix organization and fast-growing projects.
- autonomy: proven ability as a practitioner able to work unsupervised.knowledge & skills- rsr knowledge: familiarity with rsr products, tools, clients, and back-office processes.
