position summary:
the visual communications specialist is responsible for executing the company’s visual communications strategy across key brand touchpoints, ensuring a strong, consistent, and compelling brand presence in market.
this role serves as a highly capable individual contributor reporting directly to the marketing director and is responsible for translating brand strategy into high-quality visual assets across digital, print, presentation, event, sales enablement, and internal communication channels.
this person will play a central role in the execution of the brand refresh program, helping bring the refreshed brand identity to life across all priority materials and experiences. In addition, the role will own the organization, consistency, and usability of visual marketing collateral in content hub, ensuring teams can easily access current, on-brand materials.
the ideal candidate is a strong designer with excellent execution skills, creative range, sound judgment, and the ability to work across multiple projects with speed, consistency, and attention to detail.
