*core r*esponsibilities*
- complete the electronic file (commerce) to accomplish to local regulatory.
- coordinate import and export activities, complying with the laws and regulations of foreign trade.
- support in the international freights activities, customs agents and related services;
- coordinate import and export processes with customs broker and government authorities.
- place and follow up purchase orders for raw materials and finish goods.

- perform the landed costs estimation of material.
- support activities to the s&op process for imported goods;
- establishes an effective communication with the internal client and suppliers in order to inform the status of orders, modifications, delays, etc.

- coordinate quality complaint action request with suppliers (corrective / preventive actions when required).
- request new suppliers registration with vendor mdm (manila);
- support productivity projects to reduce costs, interacting with r&d and multidisciplinary teams.
- contributes to constant improvements of the import and export processes;
- comply with ehs policies, standards and procedures, identifying risk situations for accident prevention;
- requires suppliers to comply with our ehs and code of conduct policies and procedures during the delivery of materials.
- periodically request suppliers updated sds, msds and other related documents.
