academic degree (or equivalent) in product engineering, supply chain management, or related field.
solid business acumen and experience handling product introduction, sku management and ecp processes.
proven problem-solving skills; ability to establish facts, draw conclusions and implement corrective actions.
strong stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams and suppliers.
analytics-driven mindset with business modelling skills to evaluate npi trade-offs and improvements.
experience in change and improvement management and project coordination.
comfortable operating in a global, matrixed organization and leading remote stakeholders.
