about the role:
as a senior circuit design engineer, you will be responsible for designing and analyzing digital and analog circuits for advanced dram products. You will contribute to the development of next-generation memory solutions, working with global teams on innovative silicon-to-systems projects. This role involves collaboration across design, verification, product engineering, and manufacturing teams to optimize performance, cost, and reliability.
the role can be adjusted based on experience, ranging from engineer, senior engineer, or principal engineer level.
key responsibilities:
* develop and optimize memory and logic circuits, including row hammer mitigation techniques.
* perform parasitic modeling, behavior modeling, and validation of designs.
* oversee circuit layout processes, including floor planning, placement, and routing.
* conduct simulations and verification using industry-standard tools.
* work closely with cad, modeling, and verification teams to enhance design quality.
* collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product engineering, test, process integration, and marketing.
requirements:
* bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field (master’s preferred).
* 3+ years of experience in circuit design, preferably in memory or semiconductor industries.
* strong understanding of digital and analog circuit design principles.
* experience with scripting languages such as python, perl, verilog, uvm.
* knowledge of rtl design, static timing analysis (sta), and verification.
* familiarity with cmos circuit design, parasitic extraction, and layout techniques.
preferred qualifications:
* experience in memory design (dram, nand, nor).
* proficiency in cadence virtuoso, vxl, or calibre drc/lvs tools.
* strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* ability to work in a collaborative, global environment with diverse teams.
