as a ran automation engineer, you’ll become part of a global team delivering advanced, cloud-native, ai-driven solutions to optimize and orchestrate mobile networks. You will work directly on developing and deploying tools and platforms that power the automation of ran systems for leading telecom operators worldwide.
key responsibilities
* support mobile network automation efforts through performance monitoring, optimization, and provisioning.
* work with oss systems (multi‑vendor), mapping tools, and various databases (mysql, vertica, mongodb).
* engage in multiband tuning and optimization across technologies and vendors (huawei, ericsson, nokia, samsung).
* collaborate closely with technical teams to deliver customer‑centric solutions and technical presentations.
requirements
* 1–2 years of experience in wireless or telecom‑related roles.
* strong knowledge of ran fundamentals: optimization, interfaces, provisioning, and performance monitoring.
* proficiency in windows, linux, excel, and oss systems.
* experience with network optimization on multi‑vendor equipment.
* english: advanced.
preferred qualifications
* familiarity with programming or scripting (e.g., python, javascript).
* exposure to son (self‑organizing networks) and automation domains.
* experience in proposing and tracking optimization improvements based on kpis.
