Responsibilities:face-to-face engagement (on-site support) with customer to provide technical support in charge of or assist on poc (proof of concept), demonstration, presentation, technical exchanges, tracking and fixing technical issue, training partner and customer. Technical support by phone, email and another remote way. Provide training to internal and external end users/partners. Requirements: currently pursuing abachelor's degreein computer science, telecommunication, electronic engineering, or related majors. Current student(undergraduate / postgraduate) available for internship. Basic understanding of network fundamentals: tcp/ip, osi model, common network protocols, routing & switching. Familiarity with network equipment (cisco, fortinet, juniper, aruba, h3c, etc.) is aplus. Basic knowledge of network security, firewall, wireless technologies is preferred. Strong learning ability, logical thinking, and problem-solving awareness. Good communication and presentation skills; able to assist in on-site support, poc, and demo. Basic english reading and writing skills; able to understand technical documents. Can work on-site occasionally and cooperate with the fae team to complete technical support tasks.
