Key responsibilities:
- full-stack development (30%):- build robust backend services and apis using c# and python, ensuring high performance and scalability.-
- database management (20%):
- design, develop, and optimize database schemas and queries in sql server and postgres.- implement data storage, retrieval, and migration solutions, ensuring data integrity and security.- collaborate with data engineering teams to support advanced analytics and reporting requirements.- cloud and devops (20%):- implement ci/cd pipelines to automate builds, testing, and deployments in cloud environments.-
- collaboration & problem-solving (15%):
- work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, qa, and devops, to deliver high-quality software.- participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure coding standards and best practices.- troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.- continuous improvement (15%):
- stay updated with the latest technologies, frameworks, and best practices in full-stack development and cloud computing.- proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the evolution of the tech stack.- mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of learning and collaboration within the team.
qualifications:
- education: bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.- experience:
- 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.- proven experience with angular, vue, or blazor for frontend development.- strong programming skills in javascript, c#, and python.- proficiency in database design and optimization with sql server and postgres.-
- technical skills:
- strong knowledge of restful api development and integration.- familiarity with ci/cd tools and pipelines (e.g., azure devops, jenkins, github actions).- understanding of microservices architecture and containerization tools such as docker or kubernetes.
preferred skills:
- experience with authentication and authorization frameworks (e.g., oauth, jwt).- familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as prometheus, grafana, or azure monitor.- knowledge of agile development methodologies and devops practices.- experience in regulated industries like healthcare or finance is a plus.
