job summary

* assure category development /growth with excellence across the 5p's, and regular business updates to the group brand manager.
* responsible for building strategic brand growth plans for 1–2 years by identifying the biggest opportunities, and developing a plan to achieve/surpass short & mid-term objectives

principal duties and responsibilities

* fully execute brand growth plans
* p&l management and budget planning & control
* support commercial planning
* full up / execute promotions, new products launch grid, shopper events & equity campaigns

education, experience, & skill requirements

* bachelor degree business administration, industrial engineers, marketing
* experience as brand manager or similar positions 2 years – 7–8 years of experience in marketing or similar experience in a commercial area.

funciones a desempeñar en el puesto

requisitos

your impact

as consumer insights manager your scope would consist of:

* insights manager ensures the organization is asking the right questions to better understand people/markets around the world.
* actively participates in the integrated planning process ensuring we are leveraging our capability.
* works closely with sector stakeholders to define key strategic questions to be addressed by the capability.
* plans and oversees the conduction of projects, analysis and recommendations for the business.
* drives conversations throughout various business areas (r&d, insights, etc) to ensure action based in delivered insights is happening.

qualifications
