as the key link between allegro and our clients, you'll ensure customer satisfaction, identify growth opportunities (upselling/cross-selling), and foster lasting partnerships.

- basic knowledge of customer service and sales processes
- detail-oriented, self-motivated, and team-focused
- familiarity with tools like excel, crm systems (hubspot), looker, and microsoft office is a plus
