partner with hr and departmental leaders to develop and implement hiring strategies.
• source qualified candidates through the applicant tracking system (ats), job posting sites, resume databases, job fairs, conferences, and other mediums/resources.
conduct initial candidate screening and provide recommendations of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
coordinate candidate interviews and debriefings, ensuring an updated and accurate recruitment tracker.
responsible for reporting accurate talent acquisition metrics and objectives on time.
generate company advertising strategy on social media, print, digital, or radio and television.
participate in global talent acquisition strategies, ensuring alignment with monterrey plant operations.
pivoting quickly as hiring demands shift across the organization.
the ta specialist will report to the sr ta specialist with matrix reporting to the site hr manager.
the ta specialist will have a high level of interaction with hr, management, administrative and union personnel, payroll and training.
