Project manager role overview
this role is responsible for overseeing the acquisition and management of target projects. As a key contact for customers' engineering teams, project managers will maintain close relationships to ensure successful project outcomes.
main responsibilities:
* strategy and planning: develop and implement strategies to acquire target projects in collaboration with sales teams, including technical presentations at clients. Ensure profitability throughout the project lifecycle through change management.
* customer focus: establish and maintain strong relationships with customers' engineering teams to deliver high-quality results.
* project management: oversee assigned projects using established procedures, ensuring timely completion and effective communication within the project team.
the project manager will take full responsibility for project results, including quality, cost, and timing across all phases from request for quotation (rfq) to end-of-project (eop). They must execute regular project reviews and provide timely updates on project status.
