*international travel company is hiring a sales manager for sports event tours*:
- fluent spanish and english required; working hours aligned with u.s. and mexico time zones._
*responsibilities*:
- selling tours to major international sports events.
- processing incoming inquiries (no cold calls!) And managing the client journey from initial request to invoice issuance.note: booking of hotels, tours, transfers, and other services is not part of the sales manager's responsibilities.
- consulting potential clients on travel arrangements and tour options.
- calculating tour prices.
- booking tickets for sports events.
- monitoring client payments.
- meeting monthly sales targets.
*requirements*:
- *fluent spanish (spoken and written)* — this is a *must* (there will be both oral and written testing). Your main audience: usa, canada, mexico, argentina, and high-end clients from other spanish-speaking latin american countries.
- conversational english
- *knowledge of russian is a plus.*:
- reliable high-speed internet connection. This is a remote position. We provide all tools needed for client communication.
- *full-time* (5 days/week), with *saturday or sunday as a workday* (workweek and days off are negotiable).
- a passion for sales, polite and professional communication, and strong customer focus.
- accuracy and attention to detail.
- experience in tourism is a *plus*, but not required.
- sales experience in english or spanish is welcomed.
- preferred:
- valid u.s. visa or ability to obtain one (for potential travel to accompany clients during the 2026 fifa world cup).
- compensation:
pay: $24,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
