Run virtual client success calls where you present campaign results and explain metrics in client-friendly language Review ad account performance regularly and flag opportunities or concerns before clients ask Have 2+ years of experience in an agency or client services role managing paid ad clients Can read, interpret, and communicate Facebook Ads and Google Ads performance data to clients in simple terms Thrive under pressure and move FAST without sacrificing quality Understand key performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CPM, CTR, conversion rates) and can explain what they mean for client success You're uncomfortable jumping on video calls with clients weekly You need in-office structure to stay productive Elite Clients: You’ll work with brands doing $100K–$1M+/mo Real Mentorship: Direct access to our CEO & senior strategists Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager Slack & Notion for streamlined ops GoHighLevel for funnel building & CRM Remote work forever + quarterly office stipend Quarterly personal development budget, books, courses, or coaching?
