we are seeking an experienced plant manager to oversee and coordinate production operations at our mexico plant. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong engineering background and proven expertise in factory management, who is passionate about driving operational efficiency, ensuring product quality, and leading teams in a fast-paced international manufacturing environment.
responsibilities
* organize and coordinate production departments to ensure completion of manufacturing tasks
* supervise employee operations to maintain standard procedures and product quality
* execute workshop production according to company plans to ensure on-time order delivery
* ensure compliance with safety, environmental and fire protection regulations
* collect production data and prepare regular analysis reports
requirements
* must have electrical equipment / power electronics / energy storage industry background
* bachelor\'s degree in mechanical engineering, electronics, automation or related field
* 5+ years of production management experience
* excellent team management, communication and coordination skills
* proficiency in erp/mes or other production management systems
* innovative thinking with strong execution and problem-solving abilities
