as a *senior social media manager* at prosper communities, you will play a key role in shaping our digital presence by developing and executing innovative social media strategies. This role is pivotal in communicating our mission and values, driving engagement, and strengthening relationships with residents and stakeholders.
*key responsibilities*
- develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- create, curate, and manage content across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
- oversee *video content creation*, including working with videographers and editing videos for social media.
- design and implement paid and organic social media campaigns to drive growth and audience interaction.
- monitor social media trends, analytics, and industry best practices to optimize strategy and performance.
- engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- collaborate with internal teams to align social media initiatives with broader marketing and business goals.
- track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- support public relations efforts by crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our audience.
*qualifications & requirements*
- minimum *5 years of experience* in social media marketing and content creation.
- proven ability to create engaging social media content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- experience working with *videographers* and editing video content for digital platforms.
- strong understanding of various social media platforms, algorithms, and audience engagement strategies.
- excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective storytelling.
- ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and optimize campaigns based on insights.
