*what are we looking for*:
- bachelor's degree in business, i, engineering, or a related field (pmp certification is a plus).
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably with outsourcing or vendor-led projects.
- spoken and written english.
able to carry on a conversation without difficulty.
- proven ability to manage international teams and navigate cross-cultural communication.
- strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- proficient with project management tools (e.g., ms project, jira, asana, trello).
