key responsibilities:
* validate and document engineering requirements for test aircraft and configurations.
* review and validate requests for modifications to manufacturing plans.
* document and promote modifications, standard practices, and lessons learned to ensure product integrity.
* design methodologies for product planning and design requirement assurance.
* analyze, identify, and document changes in engineering documentation (rfc).
* identify non-value-adding operations and propose optimization solutions.
* monitor project progress, report risks, and propose solutions for on-time delivery.
* support investigations and problem-solving related to design and manufacturing.
required skills, knowledge, and experience:
* studying at least the last year of industrial engineering, aeronautics, mechanics, mechatronics, or related fields.
* knowledge of manufacturing drawings, metal-mechanical assembly, and composite materials.
* proficiency in catia, solidworks, or similar cad/cam programs.
* knowledge of office software, power bi, sap, and programming is desirable.
* understanding of continuous improvement tools and manufacturing process enhancement.
* intermediate english skills for technical communication.
