the ideal candidate will maintain all procedures and controls related to our company's financial accounts. This is a crucial role that requires strong organizational and analytical skills.
key responsibilities:
* establish short-term and long-term forecasts.
* prepare and review weekly and monthly financial results.
* manage fixed assets.
* monitor and assist with productive and non-productive inventories.
* direct/support departments with goals, objectives, development requirements and annual reviews.
the incumbent will also be responsible for:
* approving plant expenses and appropriations requests.
* establishing and maintaining key operating procedures and all required journal entries and accruals.
* completing month-end and year-end closings of the financial records.
knowledge and skills required:
* bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business administration.
* high degree of confidentiality.
* working knowledge of microsoft office.
