 
        
        As event planning manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution of all conference & events that take place within the hotel. Your primary goal is to maximize revenue opportunities through effective event planning and management.
key responsibilities:
 * develop and implement a comprehensive event planning strategy to ensure seamless execution of conferences, weddings, and other events
 * build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed expectations
 * manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize costs
 * collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that promote events and drive revenue growth
 * monitor and analyze event data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
required skills and qualifications:
 * bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field
 * minimum 2 years of experience in event planning, hospitality management, or a related field
 * excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
 * ability to work independently and as part of a team
 * proficiency in microsoft office, including excel, word, and powerpoint
