we are seeking a dynamic and strategic person with a strong consultative mindset, adept at hunting for new business opportunities, and proficient in leveraging our cutting-edge sysmac platform.
*our consultant will be responsible*:
to advocate for customers, understand their unique challenges, and provide tailored omron solutions that deliver real value.
- build strong customer relationships through consultative selling.
- drive revenue and market share growth within your territory.
- exceed performance goals and key business objectives.
- leverage crm tools and strategic planning to ensure success.
*automation solution selling*:
- develop a deep understanding of customer needs and industry trends.
- advocate for omron's *sysmac* platform and its game-changing capabilities.
- stay ahead of the curve with continuous learning in automation and industrial technology.
*sales collaboration*:
- work closely with *cross-functional teams and partners* to develop and implement solutions that put the customer first.
- providing *commercial leadership* throughout the sales process, you'll ensure that every proposal aligns with customer needs and maximizes value.
And an *engineering education* in mechatronics, mechanics, electronics, *technology, sales.* sufficient experience that contributes to the role will be considered in lieu of degree.
*technical abilities*:sales experience with industrial automation solutions including plc/hmi, motion control, robotics, safety, machine vision systems and components preferred.
*travel requirements*: ability to travel up to 30% and spend 80% of time in the field, directly engaging with customers.
