Ensure engineering decisions align with brand pillars: innovation, reliability, efficiency, and sustainability. Lead operational optimization initiatives under the rheem production system (rps). Supervise, mentor, and develop the process engineering team. Drive employee engagement and active participation in process improvement systems. Provide tools and guidance for process improvement engineers to execute projects aligned with departmental goals. Monitor and manage internal and external process audits, corrective actions, and compliance with iso 9001:2015. Identify and eliminate production flow obstacles using root cause analysis methodologies. Promote and sustain a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making across all areas of the company. Requirements: bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field 3–5 years of experience in similar positions advanced english proven experience in lean six sigma improvement projects, machinery and equipment certification, and process control. Strong competencies in adaptability, problem-solving, effective communication, negotiation, and customer orientation. Advanced conversational english with knowledge of iso 9001:2015 (internal or lead auditor) and familiarity with engineering change systems, plm, and oracle.
