the premium experiences & lounges marketing manager will be responsible for:
• designing an annual premium experiences roadmap for the platinum and centurion portfolios.
• developing the marketing and activation strategy for centurion lounges in mexico.
• building strategic partnerships with chefs, mixologists, artists, luxury brands, and key collaborators to amplify value.
• delivering on business kpis such as satisfaction, nps, engagement, incremental spend, brand perception, and cost efficiency.
key responsibilities
create unforgettable journeys
* design a yearly roadmap of one-of-a-kind experiences across gastronomy, wellness, arts, travel, and fashion.
* shape unique narratives for platinum and centurion audiences, reinforcing exclusivity and aspiration.
* curate high-impact events with world-class chefs, artists, mixologists, and luxury partners.
elevate centurion lounges
* define and execute the marketing vision for centurion lounges in mexico.
* transform travel moments with seasonal activations: chef residencies, immersive wellness services, bespoke gifting, and multi-sensory design.
* build alliances with leading hospitality, luxury, and lifestyle brands to push boundaries of the lounge experience.
drive impact & innovation
* establish clear success metrics (nps, engagement, incremental spend).
* maximize resources by leveraging partnerships, co-investments, and global synergies.
* continuously innovate to deliver experiences that surprise, delight, and set new industry benchmarks.
what we’re looking for
* a visionary in experiential marketing, luxury hospitality, or brand partnerships.
* proven success in creating headline-worthy events and partnerships that drive both emotion and results.
* strong negotiation and storytelling skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and inspiring teams.
* a balance of creativity and business acumen, with the courage to challenge conventions.
* fluency in english and spanish is required.
